This structured leadership-training program — anchored in 2 Tim. 3:16-17; 2:2 — is designed to raise faithful, capable, and Christ-centered leaders for the local church and beyond. It progresses through three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — each with six modules, practical assignments, and assessments.
